Salary: Up to $3,400/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5.45pm
Location: Pasir Panjang / travel to customers' sites

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers' premises to introduce Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) and printing products.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrate equipment features and functions.
• Guide customers through hands-on product trials and explain how to operate the equipment.
• Answer customers' queries and provide basic operational guidance.
• Assist with basic equipment setup and troubleshooting when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical field service or customer-facing technical support.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge is an advantage, but candidates without prior technical knowledge may be considered if they are willing and able to learn on the job.
