Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all customers.
Guide customer through the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistency and grace under pressure
Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness.
Requirements
At least 1 year F&B or cafe experience prior.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee drinks is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on weekends/PH.
