Role Description
Academic intern Job Purpose: Support the validation team in executing system-level testing activities, analyzing results, troubleshooting issues, and developing automation solutions for computing platforms. This internship provides hands-on exposure to hardware and software validation in a collaborative engineering environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing validation test cases and test plans.
- Support data collection, test result analysis, and documentation.
- Participate in debugging hardware and software issues with guidance from senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation activities.
- Assist in developing or enhancing automation scripts and tools.
- Prepare test reports and communicate validation progress. Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer architecture and operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies. Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with PC architecture, x86 systems, CPU/GPU concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, or Shell scripting.
- Understanding of software testing, hardware validation, or automation concepts through coursework or projects.
