Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end processing of new and renewed accounts, including quotation, binding and policy issuance.
• Process reinsurance premiums, commissions and tax bookings accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Middle Office, Shared Services and Credit Control to ensure smooth account implementation and premium collection.
• Handle policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, client/broker enquiries and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate system records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and processing guidelines.
• Prepare regular reports on policy issuance progress and outstanding issues.
• Support process improvement projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the training and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in commercial insurance/reinsurance
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Good attention to detail, with strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
