Role Description This is a full-time on-site Web Designer role based in Cheras. The Web Designer will design and refine corporate and business websites, ensuring they are visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with clients’ branding and business goals. Daily tasks include creating web layouts and graphics, translating requirements into responsive designs, collaborating with developers on front-end implementation, and optimizing user experience across devices and browsers. The role also involves updating existing sites, supporting website revamp projects, and working with internal teams to ensure consistency, performance, and security standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in idea creation, Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with the ability to create user-centered, mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual asset creation.
• Experience in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, to effectively collaborate with developers and implement designs.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and best practices for modern UI/UX.
• Understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility principles.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
