Good teamwork and communication skills.

Able to work 6 days per week.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to company recipes and standards.

Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.

Handle daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

Monitor food stock, ingredients, and inventory levels.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by management.
