Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.

* Plan and coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.

* Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising.

* Create and oversee marketing content for both online and offline platforms.

* Work closely with operations, culinary, and sales teams to support business initiatives and promotional activities.

* Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, printers, influencers, and media partners.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis and recommendations.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and customer insights.

* Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

* Build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, delivery platforms, and brand collaborators.

* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.

* Support event planning, roadshows, food festivals, and community engagement activities.

* Monitor customer feedback and online reviews, working with relevant teams to enhance customer experience.

* Prepare regular marketing reports, performance dashboards, and presentations for management.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, retail, or consumer goods industry.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and consumer marketing.

* Experience in campaign management, promotions, and brand activation.

* Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is an advantage.

* Willing to travel for store visits, marketing events, and promotional activities when required.
