Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di NM PACKAGING (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

• Follow planned day/night shift schedules and overtime & optimize manpower allocated for daily production.
• Provide the industrial knowledge and training to existed/new worker as and when need arises.
• Check, monitor, investigate, feedback, settle and report any fault or incidents for future improvement. In further take immediate action to settle those when they arise.
• Report accident case immediately to the administration department as and when it happens.
• Plan, operate and control the performance of the equipment and machines to produce expected or

targeted daily output. In addition to reduce wastage and avoid down time.

• Lead and supervise jobs of leaders and operators.
• Maintain enforce ISO procedure, 5S practices and industrial safety.
• Produce all the operational related report on time.
• Manage, safeguard and control the received and issued raw material, semi product and finished

good from warehouse during the pre/post production.

• To ensure maintenance request form to department head for approval whenever there is a machine

breakdown.

• To rectify quality problems to ensure that immediate action is taken whenever there is a problem.
• To check the workers discipline to ensure that rules & regulations are follow at all times to achieve

standard working environment.

Background /Experience/ Skill/ Training:

• SPM, Diploma and above with science, technical, production related major.
• Minimum 1 years working experience as production supervisor.
• Good knowledge of the Packaging Printing Production
• Good in negotiation skill.
• Sound decision-making skill.
• Able to motivate others in executing out tasks.
• Good communication skill.
• Ability of writing and speaking English.
• Microsoft Word and Excel Using Certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
