Clinic Assistant / Receptionist — Live Well Chiropractic Singapore

Part Time Position
$12 - $13/hour
*Minimum commitment: 1 weekend shift + 1 weekday half shift per week (more hours can be discussed based on your availability)

• Flexible bi-weekly scheduling
• Shift types available:

1. Full shift: 10am – 9pm (with 1.5hr lunch break)
2. Half shift: AM (10am – 2:00pm) or PM (3:30pm – 9pm)
3. Weekend shift: 10am – 6pm

Clinic Operating Hours

• Mon - Fri: 10am – 2pm & 3:30pm – 9pm
• Sat & Sun: 10am – 6pm
• Closed on Public Holidays

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming patients and managing the front desk
• Handling appointment bookings, patient registration, and enquiries (walk-in and phone)
• Supporting chiropractors with patient preparation and clinic flow
• Managing billing, cashiering, and general administrative tasks
• Keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Warm, people-oriented, and genuinely service-minded
• Organised and detail-oriented
• A team player who can also work independently when needed
• Comfortable with basic IT and admin tasks
• Able to commit to at least 1 weekend shift and 1 weekday half shift weekly
• Prior experience in healthcare is a bonus, but not a must. (we value attitude over credentials)
