Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations

• Maintain accurate and reliable client and contact records in the firm’s CRM system.
• Support business development activities through proper data management, client segmentation, and reporting.

Double Tax Deduction for Internationalisation (DTDi) Administration

• Prepare and submit Double Tax Deduction for Internationalisation (DTDi) claims, including verification, compilation and maintenance of supporting documentation and business trip records.
• Serve as key internal and external liaison for applications, clarifications, audits.

Event Support & Administration

• Support BD & Marketing‑led events and logistics, such and distribution of corporate gifts, etc.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support, such as maintenance of the team mailbox, courier requests, to ensure smooth team operations.

• Experience in CRM administration, compliance, grants/tax claims, or similar operational roles will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Singapore government incentive schemes (DTDi) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
