About The Job
- Report directly to the Head of Business Unit in an individual contributor role to develop and execute annual trade marketing strategies.
- Drive category expansion and visibility across pharmacy channels through tailored channel strategies and merchandising excellence.
- Lead shopper engagement initiatives, trade promotions, pharmacy activation, and sampling campaigns to maximise sell-out performance.
- Partner with the Sales team to improve in-store execution, support sell-in and sell-out growth, and expand distribution.
- Manage trade marketing budgets, analyse shopper and market insights, and evaluate ROI to optimise commercial recommendations.
- At least 5 years of background in trade marketing within the consumer health sector.
- Proven success in crafting effective promotional strategies and trade initiatives.
- Robust commercial acumen combined with strong analytical capabilities and tactical execution skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasive presentation, and effective negotiation abilities.
