Job Description: Clinic Assistant

Klinik Keluarga Bertam Impian, Melaka

Responsibilities:

• Register patients and manage appointments.
• Assist doctors during consultations and basic clinical procedures.
• Prepare and dispense medications according to the doctor's instructions.
• Handle payments, receipts and daily sales records.
• Manage panel registration and insurance claims.
• Monitor medication and clinic supply stocks.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene and infection control.
• Assist with daily clinic opening and closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• STPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, honest, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts and follow clinic SOPs.
• Previous clinic experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
