We are looking for a creative, passionate, and hands-on Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive to manage the marketing activities of our restaurant brands.

You’ll be responsible for bringing fresh ideas to life, creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and developing marketing strategies that attract new customers and encourage repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photos, Reels, and videos for our restaurants.
• Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS), including content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, approach, and coordinate collaborations with food influencers and KOLs.
• CRM & Customer Engagement: Organize customer databases and develop targeted campaigns for birthdays, anniversaries, loyalty programs, and special occasions.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop creative promotions and strategies to increase restaurant traffic, reservations, and customer retention.
• Brand Management: Maintain Google Business Profiles and ensure consistent branding across digital platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results, social media insights, and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe editing tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XHS.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
