Position Title : Sales Admin Assistant (APAC Support)

Salary : SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,800
Location : Jurong East, Singapore
Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to support daily sales operations and coordinate with internal teams, customers and suppliers across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders using the company system.
• Track sales activities, project timelines, licences and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on invoicing matters.
• Maintain customer records, CRM data and sales documents.
• Assist with sales follow-ups and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support daily operations.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic Excel formulas.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous sales admin or sales operations experience is an advantage.
• Technology industry experience is an added advantage.

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
