Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee and execute end-to-end HR activities, including HR operations, talent onboarding, performance management support, and employee lifecycle processes. This full-time, on-site role in Batu Kawan will involve managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting. The role will handle employee relations matters, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Senior Executive HR will collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, support workforce planning, and assist with HR projects and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices, including strategic alignment of HR with business objectives.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as handling recruitment support, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, fostering engagement, and promoting a respectful workplace.
• Candidates should possess the ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that comply with local regulations and company standards.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment and familiarity with Malaysian employment laws are advantageous.
