Job Description

-Manage the flow of materials and supplies within a manufacturing environment.
-Handle inventory, process orders, and maintain accurate records, ensuring smooth production operations.
-Perform administrative tasks and communicate with other departments to coordinate production activities.
-Receiving, storing, and tracking materials and supplies .
-Accurately processing purchase orders, material requests, and returns.
-Accurately entering data into inventory management systems and other relevant databases.

-Labeling Items ,GRN ,documents filing etc..

-Assisting with stock taking activities

-Calculate, verify and correct inventory computations as needed including physically counting items, comparing actual counts to listed inventory figures

-Assist store supervisor as needed with various tasks including cleaning the warehouse and stockroom facilities,

-finding and disposing of excess or obsolete stock, training new stock clerk personnel and ensuring stock areas meet documented safety standards

Qualification

Accuracy is crucial for inventory management and record keeping.

An understanding of stock management terminology, such as receiving, inventory and shelving Basic microsoft knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
