Working Days/Hours

• Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:30PM

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM 2,500
• Statutory Benefits: Based on Employment Act

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mass recruitment for white-collar positions.
• Follow up with leads from multiple channels, including Facebook and TikTok ads, AWB/SPX websites, community groups, referral programmes, banners, and flyers.
• Contact candidates who have created OPS IDs but have not reported for work.
• Manage over 100 WhatsApp groups for newly onboarded and inactive full-time/part-time couriers and sorters, addressing queries about payment, hub locations, shift schedules, and other work-related matters.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support the team with OPS ID creation, especially during peak seasons and weekends.

Requirement

• Experience in mass hiring will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• At least diploma and/or 1 year experience in recruitment
