Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all electrical maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations, company procedures, and established maintenance standards.
• Assign and coordinate daily tasks for subordinates to ensure work is completed efficiently and the workshop is kept organized.
• Train, guide, and supervise subordinates in performing electrical maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure all employees comply with workplace safety requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with other departments to support the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Ensure electrical maintenance activities comply with the company's quality management system and applicable ISO standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, including the implementation of company quality programmes.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM), PW4, or AO certification in the electrical field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the electrical field.
• Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment failures.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, IoT, and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and self-confidence.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Able to follow instructions and carry out tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
