About Jo: Hwa
Jo: Hwa is a boutique Korean hair salon focused on creating balanced, personalised looks that bring out each client’s individuality. As a Hair Assistant, you’ll work closely with experienced Korean stylists and learn directly from their expertise and techniques.
We value people who are passionate about learning and growing, and provide hands-on training based on Jo: Hwa’s standards and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients warmly and assist with their enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Manage daily front desk operations, including appointment bookings, client check-ins and coordinating with the team
Keep the reception area and salon clean, tidy and well-presented throughout the day
Monitor inventory levels and ensure salon supplies are sufficiently stocked and replenished when needed
Handle basic cash and payment transactions while keeping accurate records of daily financial transactions
Work Schedule
Part-Time: Minimum commitment of at least one weekend day and one weekday per week, 9.30am – 7.30pm
