Job Responsibilities

• Safely drive kids to school and director to office in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and select the most efficient routes, considering traffic, weather, and scheduling priorities.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition — ensure cleanliness (interior and exterior), regular servicing, and prompt attention to any required repairs or maintenance.
• Ensure vehicle is always fueled, road tax and insurance renewed, and documentation kept updated.
• Strictly observe confidentiality, privacy, and discretion in all matters related to the senior management and their schedule.
• Coordinate with executive assistants or office staff on daily itineraries and changes to travel plans.
• Assist with handling luggage and light errands when required.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Remain on standby and be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal driver / family driver
• Excellent knowledge of Klang Valley routes, highways, and alternative roads.
• Skilled in using navigation and traffic apps (Waze, Google Maps).
• Professional appearance and demeanor; polite, courteous, and service-oriented.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
• Punctual, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
