Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, client visits, and other sales initiatives.
• Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.

Price & Contract Negotiations

• Prepare and present competitive quotations and solutions based on clients’ requirements.
• Participate in commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and pricing with clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage client expectations effectively and address issues professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow through on post-sales matters and provide effective after-sales support to strengthen client relationships.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Accounts, Customer Service, and other internal teams to fulfil client requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth service delivery, timely follow-up, and effective resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior shipping/freight forwarding experience are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Committed, proactive and self-motivated.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
