Our client is a highly respected financial institution with a strong brand and market-leading position. With a robust financial foundation and significant investment in technology modernisation and digital transformation, the bank is strengthening its capabilities to support sustainable growth. It is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead recruitment across its Technology and Operations functions, supporting a substantial hiring agenda and the development of emerging capabilities.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of talent acquisition professionals, you will partner closely with senior Technology and Operations leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that support the bank's transformation and workforce priorities. A key focus will be driving hiring at scale across critical technology disciplines, identifying emerging skills and building talent pipelines to support evolving business needs. You will advise senior executives on hiring strategies and talent market trends, strengthen sourcing capabilities and recruitment effectiveness, and leverage data and insights to drive hiring outcomes. You will also play an active role in enhancing the broader talent acquisition function, introducing innovative approaches and scalable practices to support the bank's longer-term talent agenda.

Requirements

You are an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader with a strong track record of leading recruitment teams within large, complex organisations, ideally in banking or financial services. Candidates from other sectors with deep technology recruitment expertise combined with broader commercial and corporate hiring exposure will also be considered. You bring proven experience partnering C-suite executives and senior business leaders, leading substantial hiring initiatives and developing talent strategies to support transformation and emerging capability needs. Commercially astute, forward-thinking and execution-focused, you possess strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the potential to take on broader talent acquisition leadership responsibilities.
