Position: Social Media & Online Listing Executive

Location:

Cheras / Shamelin, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

1. Job Responsibilities

1. Manage, post, update, and maintain online advertisements for company vehicles.

2. Assist in taking and organizing vehicle photos and relevant advertising materials.

3. Maintain accurate records of vehicle arrivals and departures (Vehicle In & Out Records).

4. Prepare, update, and manage online vehicle listings across relevant platforms.

5. Respond to customer enquiries and messages through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

6. Record and organize customer enquiries, and forward potential buyers’ enquiries to the sales team for follow-up.

7. Maintain and organize online customer information, advertising records, and related documents.

8. Assist with daily operational, administrative, and online platform management tasks as required by the company.

2. Job Requirements

1. Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

2. Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.

3. Basic computer skills are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other office software will be an advantage.

4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records and manage information properly.

5. Responsible, reliable, and able to complete tasks on time with a high level of accuracy.

6. Possess good communication skills, a positive working attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.

7. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.

8. Candidates with experience in online advertising, social media management, customer service, or administrative work will have an advantage.

9. No direct sales responsibilities are required. The main duties involve managing online advertisements, responding to customer enquiries, and forwarding potential customers to the sales team.

* Update, amend, or remove advertisements promptly according to vehicle inventory status.

* Ensure all advertisement details, vehicle information, prices, and photos are accurate and up to date.

1.2 Online Listing Management

* Prepare, organize, and update vehicle listings.

* Maintain records of advertisements posted, amended, and removed.

* Conduct regular checks on advertisements and inventory information to ensure all records are complete and accurate.

1.3 Social Media & Message Management

* Respond to messages and enquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.

* Handle basic customer enquiries regarding vehicle information and availability.

* Maintain a professional and friendly communication style and respond to customer messages promptly.

1.4 Customer Enquiries & Sales Team Coordination

* Record basic customer information, vehicle preferences, and enquiry details.

* Forward potential buyers’ enquiries to the Sales Team promptly for further follow-up.

* Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries to facilitate follow-up, tracking, and management.

1.5 Daily Administration & Marketing Support

* Assist with daily online advertising and marketing-related activities.

* Organize and maintain advertisement records, customer enquiry records, and related documents.

* Work closely with the team and perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
