Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
Coordinate scheduled servicing and emergency repairs with external contractors.
Monitor renovation works and contractor activities to facilitate smooth project execution and handover.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in AHU rooms, switch rooms and other designated facilities areas.
Coordinate repair, maintenance and renovation works to meet quality, cost and scheduling requirements.
Perform minor plumbing, sanitary, electrical and general building repairs within the scope of relevant competencies and authorisations.
Conduct basic fault-finding checks on telephone lines.
Undertake other reasonable duties related to facilities operations as assigned.
