creative and results-driven Content Creator
to develop high-quality content for our
TikTok live sales
platform, specializing in
skincare and household products
. This role involves creating engaging short-form videos, hosting or assisting in live selling, and using social media strategies to increase sales. If you love skincare, home essentials, and TikTok trends—and know how to

Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging short-form videos
(product demos, testimonials, tutorials, before/after results) for TikTok.
Host or assist in TikTok Live sessions
, showcasing skincare and household products in an engaging way.
Develop content strategies
to increase views, followers, and conversions.
Write compelling product descriptions, captions, and scripts
to highlight product benefits.
Utilize trending TikTok challenges, sounds, and hashtags
to boost reach and engagement.
Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva
to enhance visual appeal.
Engage with the audience
, responding to comments and answering product-related questions.
Track and analyze TikTok performance metrics
to optimize content and improve results.
Collaborate with influencers and brand partners
to create promotional campaigns.
Compensation & Incentives:
Base Salary:
$2,500 - $3,000 per month
Performance-Based Incentives:
Sales Bonus
: Earn extra incentives based on total sales generated through live sessions.
Engagement Bonus
: Additional payout for hitting follower, view, and engagement milestones.
Conversion Bonus
: Extra earnings for high conversion rates (e.g., percentage of sales made through live streams).
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation, social media sales, or influencer marketing
, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or home essentials industry.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and live selling strategies.
Passion for skincare and home products
, with the ability to educate and persuade audiences.
Proficiency in video editing
(CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
Comfortable on camera
and experienced in hosting or assisting live content.
Excellent communication skills
and ability to build audience engagement.
