Contract Period: 20 Nov 2026 – 3 Jan 2027, with a possible extension until 31 March 2027
Salary: $13 per hour
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with a 1-hour meal break (staggered)
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests.
Engage comfortably with children and parents.
Assist with queue management and basic crowd control.
Conduct basic safety checks and ensure guests follow safety guidelines.
Support daily attraction operations and maintain a safe, pleasant guest experience.
Key Requirements
Customer-facing and service-oriented, with a positive attitude.
Responsible, reliable and punctual.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and comfortable interacting with guests of different age groups.
Able to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
Prior experience in customer service, attraction operations, event crew or operations support would be an advantage.
Additional Information
Both crew members will work the same operating hours, from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with staggered 1-hour meal breaks.
