Purchasing Officer (Junior Executive)
Basic Salary: Up to SGD 3,200
AWS + Variable Bonus + Allowances
Medical + Flexible Benefits
Location: Kallang Road, SG
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Manage purchase requisitions, quotations and purchase orders
• Plan and coordinate purchases based on demand, lead time, MOQ and pricing
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Work closely with Planning, Production and QA teams
• Handle material shortages, excess inventory and urgent purchasing needs
• Maintain and update purchasing and delivery records in SAP
Requirements
• Certificate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or materials planning
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• SAP/ERP knowledge is an added advantage
• Good coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills
