Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accounts Executive (AP - GL) – Maternity Cover (5-Month Contract), Gaji tinggi SGD 1,700 di NIIGATA POWER SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking adetail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our Finance team on a 5-month temporary contract. The role involves handling Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) activities, account reconciliations, financial record maintenance, and month-end closing support.

What u do:

• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Record and maintain accounting transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain General Ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
• Update cash book, prepayment, accrual, deposit and balance sheets.
• Maintain Right-of-Use (ROU) asset and lease liability schedules.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Other ad hoc finance duties.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, bookkeeping, or accounting functions preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to commit to the full 5-month contract period.

There are 2 option for working arrangement:

1. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm
2. Three work days per week (Tue, Wed, Thur) 8:30am to 5:30pm
