• Available to work with local store hours and occasional weekend events.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical experience in digital marketing tools including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Content planning and social media management skills, plus familiarity with basic graphic tools or coordination with designers.
• Comfortable building simple performance reports in Excel or Google Sheets and presenting findings to non-marketing colleagues.
• Knowledge of retail promotions, POS collateral, and customer journey optimisation.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with store teams and vendors.
• Organised and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple campaigns and in-store activities at once.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging marketing content, including posters, videos, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, roadshows, and product launches.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Work closely with operations, sales, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and online engagement.
• Maintain and update website and digital marketing channels.
• Support branding initiatives and corporate marketing projects.
