Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a Pattern Maker in fashion or garment industry

Strong understanding of garment construction, fitting, and sizing

Able to interpret fashion designs and technical specifications accurately

Experience in manual and/or CAD pattern making is an advantage

Able to manage pattern development and production according to deadlines.

Work closely with the Fashion Designer team to understand and interpret design sketches and requirements.

Develop garment patterns based on the approved design and measurements.

Create samples and conduct fittings to ensure the garment achieves the required fit and appearance.

Revise and finalize patterns based on fitting results.

Prepare production-ready patterns and size grading where required.

Handle the garment production process based on the finalized pattern.

Identify and resolve pattern or production issues to ensure the final garment meets the approved design and specifications.
