RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pricing Strategy & Analysis – Develop pricing models and profitability analysis to ensure competitiveness and sustainable growth.
• Product Development & Enhancement – Lead new product development, product improvements, and lifecycle management.
• Marketing & Promotional Campaign – Support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Business Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Provide market insights, develop business proposals, and coordinate business initiatives across functions to support growth and execution.
• Team Support & Business Continuity – Act as manager's backup and provide coverage for digital marketing functions when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a university in Bachelor Degree with an appropriate curriculum and thorough experience related to this class of work: or any equivalent combination of training or experience.
• Minimum 3 –5 years of working experience in automotive, mobility, leasing, financial services, product development, or related industries.
• Proven experience in product development and product lifecycle management, from ideation, business case preparation, implementation, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
• Strong background in pricing strategy, financial modelling, profitability analysis, and commercial evaluation.
• Experience in conducting market research, competitor benchmarking, customer insights analysis, and business proposal development.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and external partners.
• Experience in preparing management papers, business presentations, and reports for senior management decision-making.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, pricing, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and business presentation preparation.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with steep learning curve.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,600.00 per month
