WE ARE HIRING: ADMIN & OPERATIONS CLERK

Ultimate Galvanizing Services Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our team!

Location: Taman Mas, Puchong, Selangor
Basic Salary: RM1,800 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily operational documentation, data entry, and filing.
• Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DO), receiving records, invoices, and other relevant documents.
• Record and update incoming and outgoing goods information accurately.
• Assist in checking goods received and ensuring proper documentation.
• Coordinate with production, office staff, and customers regarding daily operational matters.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly organised.
• Assist with daily operational reports and other administrative tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous administrative or operations experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
