Job Description
- Support end-to-end coordination of desk activities
- Prepare for and coordinate the TCPT Indirect Tax Support Desk management and reporting
- Lead stakeholder management including monthly / quarterly communication
- Implement improvement Initiatives
- Support service management including individual / team performance against defined SLA's.
- Oversee and review (or delegate review) of analyst’s work as appropriate
- Support continuous process improvement:
- Provide single point interface for Client into respective process delivery matters
- Responsible for delivering the agreed productivity benefits/gain share
- Oversee and review (or delegate review) of analyst’s work as appropriate
- Confirm team members have appropriate training and background
- Qualified CA or equivalent with 8+years experience or with 10+ Years experience
- Good Knowledge of Indirect Tax & Direct Tax of APAC
- Strong in MS-Excel
- Meet/Ensure all the defined service levels agreed
- Liaise and handle escalation calls and emails from business stakeholders.
- Track and measure customer feedback
- Escalate issues to the Business Process Managers as needed
- Responsible to drive process related automation & transformation through bottom –up approach
- Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
