Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team in the home appliances and electrical products category. The successful candidate will assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions while contributing to the sales performance of the assigned outlet.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote the assigned product range and create customer interest through active engagement.
• Assist shoppers in comparing different products and selecting suitable options.
• Provide clear explanations of product usage, specifications, pricing, and special deals.
• Demonstrate product functions and address customer questions effectively.
• Encourage purchases by highlighting relevant product benefits and promotional packages.
• Monitor sales results and make consistent efforts to meet monthly targets.
• Ensure merchandise is properly arranged and promotional displays are up to standard.
• Work with outlet personnel to check product availability and resolve stock-related matters.
• Gather customer feedback and stay aware of competing brands and market trends.
• Prepare sales updates and communicate daily operational concerns to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Background in sales, retail, or direct customer engagement is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and explain product information to customers.
• Has a proactive approach to customer service and selling.
• Willing to acquire product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
• Motivated to achieve sales goals and deliver good customer service.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to assigned responsibilities.
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and retail outlet teams.
