Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new property launches and ongoing developments.
• Monitor property market trends, competitor activities, buyer behaviour, and pricing movements.
• Drive project branding, positioning, and marketing communications.
• Plan and execute launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and project take-up.
• Oversee digital marketing strategies across social media, property portals, and online advertising channels.
• Manage marketing budgets, performance reporting, and campaign effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the marketing team while managing external agency relationships
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Marketing Manager (Property) Should Have

• Minimum 5-6 years of marketing experience within established property developers in Malaysia.
• Proven track record in property project launches, branding, and sales-driven marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia's property market, including buyer trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing budget management.
• Ability to analyse market intelligence and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.
