Have good knowledge of culinary procedures for local cuisine, such as Mixed Rice, Bee Hoon, Roasted Duck Rice, Chicken Rice, Western Food, Fish Ball Noodles, and other local dishes.
Possess good culinary skills and a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a food stall, hawker centre, or similar food service environment.
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Oversee daily operations, including stock control, food preparation, hygiene standards, and customer service.
Ensure food preparation and service are carried out efficiently, especially during high-volume meal periods.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced food service environment.
Prior experience in supervising or managing a food stall will be an advantage.
