Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage and actively participate in daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Leadership: Work physically on the warehouse floor alongside the warehouse assistant to maintain momentum and meet daily turnaround times.
• Inventory & Space Management: Maintain high accuracy in inventory levels, organize storage layouts efficiently, and conduct regular stock counts.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement workflows to improve warehouse speed and accuracy.
• Strategic Grooming: Shadow the Logistics Manager to learn supply chain planning, vendor management, budgeting, and overall logistics strategy in preparation for future promotion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
• Working Style: Highly hands-on, with a strong willingness to do ground-level work alongside the team when required.
• License Requirements: Possession of a valid Forklift License is highly advantageous. Alternatively, candidates must possess a valid Class 3 Driving License and a willingness to be sponsored for forklift certification upon hiring.
• Leadership Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of personal accountability.
• Growth Mindset: Strong desire to learn managerial skill sets, including logistics software, reporting, and departmental leadership.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
