Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in cloud engineering, software testing, or cybersecurity.
• For cloud positions, knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, identity management, and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to monitor cloud performance and support backup, recovery, and availability.
• For QA positions, experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with test automation, defect tracking, and release validation.
• For cybersecurity positions, experience analysing alerts, investigating incidents, and tracking vulnerability remediation.
• Understanding of access controls, security logging, and secure configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and business teams.
