Job Responsibilities:

-Experience in market research, competitor benchmarking and preparation of reports/presentation materials.

-Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders.

-Exposure to digital social media marketing, content development or lead generation would be an added advantage.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Property/Estate Management, Real Estate, Marketing. Business Administration or other related fields.

-Interest in property or real estate is an advantage.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.

- Proactive and results-oriented.

- Team player with good collaboration skills.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
