• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in power tools, machinery or industrial equipment.

• Mandarin speaker is mandatory for this position.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

• Able to work independently and travel for site support or dealer visits.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Technical Manager to provide hands-on technical support, coordinate technical projects and service activities, and ensure product quality and compliance within the tools and machinery trading industry.

Job Responsibilities

Technical Support & Product Expertise (Hands-On)

• Provide hands-on technical assistance for power tools, accessories and related equipment.

• Conduct product testing, troubleshooting and performance evaluations.

• Support the sales team with technical presentations, demonstrations and customer training.

Project & Operations Coordination

• Assist the Technical Manager in planning and executing technical projects and service activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on product specifications, installation and after-sales support.

• Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation, manuals and certifications.

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

• Implement preventive maintenance and calibration schedules for demonstration or rental tools.

• Handle warranty claims and technical investigations with manufacturers.
