Are you a meticulous planner with strong project management skills? We are looking for a Retail Program Executive to assist with retail program planning, deployment, and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Program Executive, you will be responsible for three main areas: Planning, Deployment, and Lifecycle Management.

Retail Programs Planning

• Assist in the inventory management of Deployment elements.
• Coordinate with internal and external vendors regarding logistics and build trackers for inventory.
• Assist in forecast planning to ensure Fixtures, Graphics, and 3D elements are provided for retail deployment.

Retail Programs Deployment

• Collaborate with Program Managers to work with customers on Program deployment readiness.
• Coordinate with the installation agency to ensure a smooth process on the day of installation.
• Capture and follow through on snag lists (items missed during installation) to ensure they are all closed.
• Assist in validating claims submissions versus Retail post-execution to process reimbursements.
• Run Excel worksheet reports on Retail channel landscape and in-store compliance for Merchandising Audit purposes.

Retail Lifecycle Management

• Consolidate feedback from the Country Sales team regarding the channel landscape.
• Assist in updating the retail channel landscape/coverage in various forms and build reporting dashboards.
• Support the planning and deployment of new product launches.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma holder and above in relevant studies.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
• Soft Skills: Must be meticulous, motivated, and possess an inquisitive mind.
• Project Management: Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to deliver by set deadlines.
• Work Style: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
