Instrument Supervisor

Location: Pengerang, Johor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate instrumentation installation, calibration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Lead instrument technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, and work progress.
• Review P&IDs, loop drawings, hook-up drawings, and technical specifications.
• Oversee loop checking, functional testing, and commissioning of field instruments and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PTW procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with clients, engineers, and project management teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation installation, calibration, loop checking, and commissioning activities.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Must possess valid OGSP (Oil & Gas Safety Passport) and CIDB Green Card.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Pengerang, Johor.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
