Contract duration: 1st Nov to 31st Oct 2027

Location: Changi Business Park

Key Responsibilities:

The role is a maker role, as a junior officer in Secured Loan Approval Unit who supports activities related to Mortgage Loan Disbursement such as Loan Booking, Loan Disbursement and Loan Repricing. This role carries out checking on internal caution lists, checking of documents, preparing instruction and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.
• Conduct screenings on customers or related parties
• Data entry and creation of records into the bank’s system
• Checking of documents for mortgage related applications
• Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation 
• Preparing, organizing and scanning documents into the bank’s system
• Cisco warehousing
• Will be expected to rotate and support various other administrative duties

Qualification: Min. Polytechnic & ITE

Experience: Has related working experience in banking industry

Skills: Good in MS office (especially MS excel), fast & accurate typing skill.
