Job Summary

You will manage customer inquiries, support therapy team scheduling, perform administrative duties, handle payments, and attend to calls and walk-in customers in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about clinic services to ensure clear communication and support
• Schedule client appointments efficiently to support therapy team operations
• Perform general administrative tasks including following up on emails and phone calls to maintain smooth clinic workflow
• Process payments accurately using NETS and credit card machines to ensure proper transaction handling
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls to facilitate effective communication
• Attend to walk-in customers’ inquiries to provide timely assistance and information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in frontline customer service to enhance client interaction quality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) to support administrative duties
• Good written and spoken English skills for clear communication
• Strong customer service and office administration skills, including comfort with technology and computers

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5 days per week, including one Saturday
• Salary commensurate with experience
