Join a European bank in a role covering daily reconciliations, disbursements, month end accounting and regulatory reporting. Build broader finance exposure while taking ownership of accurate processing, timely payments and financial controls.

Job Scope

• Reconcile Nostro accounts daily, investigate outstanding items and follow through on resolution.

• Process vendor payments and staff reimbursements, checking funding requirements for expense disbursements.

• Prepare month end journals, provisions, prepayments and depreciation entries, and maintain the fixed asset register.

• Calculate daily MAS regulatory ratios and support accurate, timely regulatory reporting.

• Prepare statutory accounts, audit schedules and data extracts for tax related requirements.

• Contribute to finance projects and operational assignments, coordinating with stakeholders to meet deliverables.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Min. 3 to 5 years of relevant finance, accounting or banking operations experience.

• Proven hands on experience in daily Nostro reconciliation and vendor disbursements.

• Good knowledge of Singapore banking regulations and demonstrated regulatory reporting experience.
