Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager at T.H.I. Logistics (S) Pte Ltd will drive new business and grow revenue for our air and sea freight forwarding services in Singapore. Responsibilities include prospecting and securing new accounts, managing key customers, preparing quotations and negotiating rates, and building a strong sales pipeline. The role works closely with the Head of Sales and the operations team to deliver reliable service and long-term customer relationships, and may support the development of junior sales staff. This is a full-time, office-based role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding (air and/or sea).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and winning new accounts.
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, and rate structures.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven hunter mindset, comfortable with cold calling and client visits.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior sales staff is an advantage.
