Tanggungjawab

  • 4–5 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure support and operations.
  • Strong CCNA-level understanding of routing, switching, and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, VLANs, 802.1Q trunking, Port Channels, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), EIGRP, and basic BGP concepts.
  • Experience supporting enterprise campus, WAN, data center, and wireless network environments.
  • Working knowledge of network monitoring, incident management, and change management processes.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize assigned tasks, and escalate technical issues appropriately.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
