MAP Data Analyst - Marketing Automation & Customer Data

Role Summary

Responsible for translating business requirements into customer data specifications, defining data mapping and business rules, supporting testing activities, and ensuring customer data is fit-for-purpose for marketing campaigns and tracking report.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer data requirements from business stakeholders.
• Define source-to-target mappings and customer data specifications.
• Establish customer identifier logic and product hierarchy mapping.
• Define data aggregation and transformation rules in MAP.
• Configure business requirements within MAP/Insider One environments.
• Define customer attributes, segmentation logic, and campaign eligibility criteria.
• Establish tracking data requirements in MAP
• Support customer segmentation and profiling requirements.
• Develop data validation and reconciliation requirements.
• Review data quality outcomes and identify gaps.
• Prepare UAT test cases and business validation scenarios.
• Validate customer profiles, holdings, and campaign audiences.
• Coordinate business sign-offs and vendor discussions.
• Act as liaison between business users, analytics teams, data engineers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, CRM, marketing automation, or customer analytics.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, business rules, and customer data management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
• Experience conducting UAT and business validation activities.

Preferred

• Banking product knowledge (CASA, Loans, Cards, Wealth, Deposits).
• Experience with customer journey, CRM, CDP, or marketing automation platforms such as Insider One, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and campaign analytics.
