Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare ingredients and produce food items according to standard recipes and production schedules.
  • Handle daily food preparation, cooking, portioning, packing, and labelling.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Monitor raw materials, stock levels, expiry dates, and food wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the central kitchen.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
  • Assist with stock taking, inventory control, and production records.
  • Ensure production orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Follow company SOPs and instructions from the management.
  • Support other production tasks when required.

Location: Jitra, Kedah.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
