Job Responsibility

• Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor workforce trends and improve HR effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and update company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee KPIs and performance appraisals.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in handling mediation and workplace conflicts.
• Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, approachable, and able to work well with others.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support managers and employees on HR matters

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
